NO MORE waiting 24-72 hours!! ADVANTAGE OF UV COATINGS - the smell is greatly reduced, very little smell, and the smell is non toxic, actually the clear coat smells like a pickle. Because of the reduced smell and non toxic fumes, non flammable, we can now use this in very sensitive areas such as hotels, hospitals and nursing homes. Also the speed of curing is fantastic, we hit the coating with our UV light for a matter of seconds and it is 100% cured. Our customers can use the surface immediately. Mist will also be a non factor, any mist will wipe off because it will stay wet for hours if not days as long as the uv light does not hit it. 100% Eco-Friendly - 100% Cured in seconds. HOW IT WORKS - These are single component coatings, NO CATALYST needed. The catalyst is comprised of photointiaters that are blended into our resin. When the UV light hits the coating, it cures it in 1 to 10 seconds. We will carry a high gloss and satin clear, white, china white, almond, light grey and black for now, with other colors becoming available soon. Now we can refinish units with one bathroom that are occupied. We start in the morning and finish in the afternoon leaving the refinished area 100% cured and ready to use the moment we finish.
