Preparation
All  items and floors are covered with clean drop cloths. Refinishing areas are inspected for cracks, filled, and sanded. All caulk is removed ready for professionally taped.

Refinishing
This includes meticulous two coats of primer before applying three coats of quality acrylic paint.

Cleaning and Restoration
Rooms are returned to their prior state. This includes all fixtures that were removed drain, over flow, and faucets. Paper, tape and tarps are all cleaned up.  Caulk is then re-applied to the tub. 

Inspect
Post-refinishing inspection of work. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Inspect our work before we consider the job complete.
